Had called numerous times to try and find out what happened to one of the storage units I had rented as my lock was gone and a facility lock was on it. Couldn't get the previous owners to respond at all, ever! Thought my stuff, which had my Nana's dishes in it was gone forever. To my surprise, the new owner called me back in 15 min, was super helpful and nice and directed me to Kevin, who has been working really hard with him to update, clean, fix/repair and secure the facility. After talking with him and describing my Nana's dishes that had been in that storage unit he told me he had come across them and saved them in case someone came looking for them! I literally hugged him and owe him many thanks!!! The new owners and Kevin are amazing!!! I 100% recommend this facility now and hope the new owners and Kevin are here to stay! Y'all's hard work is really appreciated and the facility is SO much nicer (and safer) now! Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart!!!

This Storage Facility is a Hidden Gem, sitting behind the Cowboy Church and Ranchwood it has always been convenient (I have rented here for years) the new management has invested and upgraded the units, fixed things that needed fixing and has upgraded and made the facility really shine .. The new owners are Amazing and super responsive. I wish I could rate it higher than 5 stars .. they bring a personal touch you don't see in the Mainstream Storages that treat you like a number.I highly recommend !!
