Sam came by to check out a few spots around the house and gave me his honest, expert suggestions for each one. What I appreciated most was his total integrity—he wasn't trying to upsell me on anything I didn't actually need. For the one area I was most stressed and concerned about, he took a thorough look with his equipment and assured me straight up that there was no water damage or mold risk at all.For the other spot that did need some attention, he gave me a brief but clear quote and even advised me on the most economical way to leverage their services. It’s hard to find companies that are this upfront and customer-first. Huge thanks to Sam for the peace of mind!

Sam and his crew were absolutely unbelievable to work with. Sam was not only kind and approachable, but walked us through every single step of the process in great depth, answering all our questions and addressing any concerns. He followed through to the very last step making sure we were 100% satisfied with the rebuild after a successful remediation. There was always a clear line of communication and we always felt heard, cared for and like a top priority. The entire Core Restore team was always prompt and professional. I would recommend working with them 12/10. We obviously hope to never have to go through a remediation process again, but we would hands-down use them over and over again. Thanks beyond to Sam and the incredible team!

We had such a great experience with this company and highly recommend them. From the beginning, they were honest, extremely reasonable, responsive, and never once tried to oversell us or push unnecessary work. They handled our mold treatment quickly and professionally, and the work was done extremely well. What impressed us most was that they didn’t even charge us until after we had independent mold testing done and confirmed that everything passed. That alone says so much about their confidence in their work and their integrity.Sam was exceptional. He made himself available whenever we needed him, answered all of our questions, and genuinely made what could have been a very stressful situation so much easier. It’s rare to find a company that is this honest, reliable, fair, and good at what they do. We would absolutely use them again and recommend them without hesitation!

So, I have a terrible landlord who nearly refuses to fix anything. Well… guess what happens. Trouble. After me and a neighbor complained about plumbing problems and little attention was given, the apartments on the first two floors were flooded. Unfortunately, I was gone for the weekend and came home to a nightmare. I called the guys at Core, left for a week and returned to my place as if the flood never happened. It was pretty since the water was everywhere. These guys are great and I sincerely thank them for returning my home.

I haven’t actually used their services but I did ask for their recommendation regarding a mildew situation. He is the ONLY business I contacted who responded in a way that actually helped me and showed me that he wasn’t just trying to make money. He treated me as if I were a friend. I saved his number and will use his services should I ever need assistance.

Core Restore was recommended to me, and Sam and his team did a great job. They were professional, responsive, and took the time to answer all my questions so I could make the right decision. I got a few other quotes but didn’t feel comfortable with some of the companies. Sam was straightforward, didn’t pressure me, and used his own team instead of outsourcing. The work was done quickly and everything was kept clean. I’d definitely recommend them. 👍

Contacted CoreRestore right away due to noticing water leaking in my home later evening due to inclement weather. Appointment was set up with Sam for the next day. Core Restore came recommended and has a great reputation. Sam delivered. He and his team were attentive, thoughtful, thorough, clean, and speedy. I had dozens of questions and Sam was very patient and provided all the information I needed to make the best decision about how to move forward. I got several bids and came across some shady people. Sam didn’t try a slick sales pitch or contracting it out to a stranger. They used their own people. I’d refer him to anyone who needed help.

I can’t recommend Sam and Core Restore enough. We had some mold issues in our home, and we reached out on the recommendation of a handyman we trust. We’re glad we did because Sam was as professional and kind as could be. He took the time to explain in great detail what the issue is, how to address it now, and how to prevent in the future. More than anything though, we were impressed with how hard he worked to make us feel at ease. He even reached out a few days after to check in.100% I’ll be recommending him to others.
