If you’re looking to have a pool installed, this is the company to go with. We had estimates from five companies total and not only were they the most fair price, but they were the most experienced and professional.The product manager Wes was really great to work with from start to finish. Being in construction, we’re familiar with how projects can go and he made sure everything finished up just the way we liked it.If you’re unfamiliar with construction, there’s always some curveballs and Jill at the office was also lovely to work. She was very patient with questions we had and gave us a lot of helpful insight throughout the project. Especially helping us understand the difference between fiberglass and concrete.Their paver team is one of the best I’ve seen hands down. Can’t be happier with this project and it was roughly 24 days, Basically, a month. Hawaiian Island Pools were fantastic!! Everything negative you hear about getting a pool, none of it was and issue. They were there everyday first thing and even came by on the weekends when first started. Took less than a month once they received the permit. All the guys were super nice, respectful, and professional.Wes was upfront and always available when needed and if he didn't know the answer, he would get it. And Mike the project manager had everything done either on time or a head of time. The overall experience was faster and better then we were expecting. Thank You Hawaiian Island Pools!!!

Very highly, highly recommend Wes and HIP. As a former CFO of a construction company I am very particular about jobs. Wes and his team way exceeded expectations. Process was smooth and efficient. Had heard horror stories about four to five month construction times for pools. Not Wes, five weeks. Communication was great. Wes' company was suggested by the fiberglass pool manufacturer, Latham. We were so happy to find Hawaiian Island Pools! After receiving bids and meeting with several other pool companies we decided to go with them for several reasons. Not only were they reasonably priced, the service and attention from our project manager Mike was second to none. My biggest pet peeve is hiring a contractor then maybe they call you back a few days later and maybe update you on progress. This company was on point! Mike kept us constantly updated. He would return our calls/texts almost immediately!!His knowledge of the pool business is impressive! We trusted him 100% and he delivered every promise.We have always had concrete pools in our homes so we can't speak to the quality of fiberglass long term as we just passed inspection but I can tell you that the fiberglass manufacturer they partner with is top tier. There are several colors to choose from and there are easily over 100 shapes.The construction crews were FAST and solid professionals. They arrived when scheduled and finished when promised.We are extremely pleased with our choice and would recommend without hesitation.

The fiberglass pool from Latham pools is excellent quality and looks amazing. An additional plus was the timeframe, from ground breaking to finished pool, approximately 4 - 5 weeks. The previous owner of my home had a pool installed by Hawiian Island. I called because I've never owned a pool and my pool needed a simple repair. I couldn't find any documentation on what kind of light was installed with my pool. Wes let me know exactly what light it was, about how much a replacement would be and he gave me a crash course in how to actually change the LED bulb out.
