I was very pleased with the sales agent. She was timely and drew up plan immediately. However now that the product has been sold I am unable to get the sales rep to respond or anyone from there office to answer a question. This is very poor customer service. This is my second day of trying to reach them.

We had a great experience with Carolina Closets Plus --- this is the 2nd time using them and we are so please with the results. Some of the closets in our new home were fitted out with California Closets, but I like the interiors of what we did with Carolina Plus better! Definitely recommend and would use them again!
