Хочу поділитися досвідом роботи з компанією Load N Go. Працюю в компанії Load N Go вже більше,як 10 місяців і хочу Вам сказати,що поки не збираюся шукати іншу компанію для роботи-все влаштовує. Як і на будь-якій іншій компанії-водій у якийсь момент наштовхується на певні труднощі у своїй роботі,але в компанії є декілька відділів,які відповідально ставляться до своїх зобовʼязань і завжди можна отримати добру пораду в робочий-денний час,так само є підтримка і в нічну пору - тобто 24години,що є для водія одним з важливих факторів в його роботі. Знаю по собі,що з людьми дуже важко працювати,і не завжди можна порозумітися або знайти спільну мову. Це я зараз про диспечерів говорю,тому що водію здебільшого потрібно розмовляти або ж переписуватись зі своїм диспетчером. В компанії Load N Go,є багато кваліфікованих диспетчерів,які знають свою роботу,але все ж таки,якщо є якісь не порозуміння з одним,то завжди є класна можливість спробувати попрацювати з іншими диспетчерами. Особисто я працюю з одним і тим же диспетчером вже понад 10 місяців - добре знаходимо компроміси на будь-які питання. Ще дуже класно,що в компанії переважно нові траки та трейлери -це дуже важливо,бо почуваєш себе впевнено та комфортно на дорозі… Less

Okay, if you're reading this review from load and Go then obviously you're interested to see if it's a worthwhile trucking company how they pay pretty decent. I had my own truck and trailer and they were willing to work with us. We stay busy. They're really simple. They're really accommodating for special needs. I go home when I want. I run the routes that I want and and you keep your truck compliant. They'll give you the permits. And they help out pretty good when it's time to do maintenance. The best thing I can say about load and go is their safety record is probably one of the best ones that I've ever worked for and I always get bypasses when I hit the weigh stations. I have worked with this company for couple of months. This is the best company i have ever worked with. Everything is smooth from dispatch, fleet managers and the whole management. Pays on time and they are very understanding when it comes to dealing with their drivers. My dispatch Daniel made sure i met my weekly targets without any failure. I've started with this company back in the begining of 2022 on positions Full time Dispatcher/Logistics manager. Unfortunately I only lasted a week on this position and had to resign due to personal issues. However the owner of the company ensured me I can come back whenever I'm ready to work again. So I fell out the business for over a year and came back in 2023. I can tell you with full confidence this is the right place to work, everyone in the company are professionals and they created a warm atmosphere for each other in the team. The owners of the company are deeply immersed inside the company's development & work organization. They only hire experienced personnel to occupy available positions, so this is a barrier for candidates which are new to the transportation & logistics industry.
