I struggle on and off with jaw ache from holding tension there and grinding my teeth and I wanted to know if there was anything I could do to prevent it getting worse. Dr Malaika put me at ease with her calm and professional manner. I was diagnosed with TMD and she created a treatment plan which involved regular (but well spaced) in person sessions and daily exercises. These were prescribed via an all and I could also communicate with Dr Malaika through the app which was very helpful. The tension eased after some massage and manipulation and I know I can book a follow up if needed.

Khalil has been so beyond amazing so far, I am so so pleased that I found him! I went with severe knee pain that I couldn’t come down the stairs without being in pain.
