Nous terminons un périple d'un mois à travers la Nouvelle Zélande et conseillons sans restriction Waka Campa pour la location de Van!!! Nous avons vraiment apprécié la gentillesse de Thomas le loueur ainsi que sa disponibilité et professionnalisme. Un excellent suivi quand un problème survient et toujours la bonne solution. De plus il parle français et c'est normal il l'est!!! Il réserve pour nous le bateau entre l'île du Nord et du Sud voire modifie la réservation en cas de problème.Les prix sont très corrects.

I recently rented a camper van from Waka, and it was a very enjoyable experience. The booking process was easy to navigate, and the customer service team was helpful and responsive. The van was in good condition, clean, and well-maintained. It had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable trip, including a bed, a small kitchenette with a fridge, and enough storage space above. The van also featured modern conveniences like USB charging ports and a solar panel for off-grid power, which added to our comfort. Driving the camper van was smooth and straightforward, though be very careful going off pavement, as we once got stuck on wet grass that quickly turned to mud. The fuel efficiency was reasonable, and the orientation we received before setting off was thorough, making us feel well-prepared. Overall, we enjoyed freedom camping and exploring at our own pace, waking up to beautiful views and experiencing the great outdoors. The flexibility of having a home on wheels allowed us to visit multiple destinations and create lasting memories.

They were available 24/7 to assist us whenever we needed help. A special thanks to Max, who guided us through everything and made the whole process so easy and stress-free.This journey became one of our most memorable trips, and it wouldn’t have been possible without the support from Waka Camp. We, my husband and I, rented a Waka Campa for four weeks and had a great time.The process of picking up and dropping off the camper is 100% digital through the Waka Campa app and it worked very well. The videos provided by Waka Campa easily explained how everything works e.g. water system, electricity, porta potty. The camper was very clean and in good condition. It is not a luxurious camper, but that is not what we were looking for. For two people the motorhome is great, but for four people it might be a little cramped.During our trip we contacted Waka Campa a few times via whatsapp and they got back to us immediately. They were very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, we had a small accident but thanks to our "Piece of Mind Insurance" we just informed Waka Campa and they took care of everything. So we didn't have to worry and we were able to continue our trip.If we ever have the honor of traveling to New Zealand again, we would definitely book Waka Campa again. Thank you for the great experience.
