The whole team, including Bryan, Casie, and the Owners, Michael and Josh Keith as well as the installation team, have been very thorough and professional from start to finish. They communicated regularly and in a professional manner and provided a detailed inspection and estimate from the get-go. They arrived promptly as planned and completed the roof installation in record time, including a very thorough clean-up afterwards. There were absolutely no issues with the installation, which made it a stress-free and positive experience. We appreciate their honest and great work ethic and the pleasant interaction with all the team members. I consider it a bonus that one of the owners, Josh, were present throughout the installation process to oversee everything and answer all questions. Had some gnarly hail damage earlier this year and was dreading the whole insurance claim process. Thankfully, RTU was here to make everything easier than I could’ve ever imagined. I barely had to lift a finger, and we now have a beautiful, stronger roof over our heads and an even more efficient gutter system within a month.
