The crew that came out to do our basement waterproofing was friendly, professional and worked very hard to get the job done. Very impressed. Their office was very responsive and quick to set up an appointment. Eric spent some good time with me trying to determine whether or not I had a foundation problem. As it turns out, the problem is actually with my deck. All the time invested and no sale for him but he was completely cool about it. He even gave me the contact info of an engineer to hire to help with my issues. I know who I'll be calling the next time I (think) I need foundation or waterproofing work! Less
