The mold inspection was very professional and thorough. I had an AC drain line leak and wanted to check for mold. Now I have documentation to prove it did not produce any mold- thanks to the thorough job done by MIT.

I had a problem, and a sales manager (Taylor) came to my home to give me an estimate. Instead, he did a detailed inspection. He explained that I didn't need waterproofing and gave me some good advice on how to fix the problem - without selling me anything. Honest and professional. I didn't need them this time, but I will definitely use Tri-State if I have a problem in the future.

Gio’s crew ( Gio and Jesus) was outstanding with professional clean work and knowledge of my repair. Very trusting and answered all my questions about my water problem. Also a big thanks to David for his prompt determination of the problem and getting the crew out fast to fix the water coming in to my house and garage. The crew that came out to do our basement waterproofing was friendly, professional and worked very hard to get the job done. We had commercial grade concrete which made their job that much more difficult and despite this finished the job in a timely manner. It was a great experience and I would definitely recommend this company for basement waterproofing needs!! Thank you

Very impressed. Their office was very responsive and quick to set up an appointment. Eric spent some good time with me trying to determine whether or not I had a foundation problem. As it turns out, the problem is actually with my deck. All the time invested and no sale for him but he was completely cool about it. He even gave me the contact info of an engineer to hire to help with my issues. I know who I'll be calling the next time I (think) I need foundation or waterproofing work!
