I recently purchased a new vehicle at a local dealership. I contacted Jeff about my car to see what he could do for me regarding the purchase of my vehicle that I would be trading in. My vehicle carfax was showing 2 minor accidents and the dealer was trying to low ball me with my trade because of the carfax report. I explained to Jeff the situation and he shopped the car around, but again the carfax reports were interferring with the car value. Jeff was able to come back to me with a better offer than the dealer would give me, but the difference in sale's tax became the issue. Jeff provided me with great advice on how the system works, how to pursue other paths, and provided other solutions for my dilemma. Is expert knowledge of the car business and how it works is unbelieveable. This was one phone call that was worth it's weight in gold.
