This is a really clean laundromat with most machines in working order. The day was super busy, but the gal working the floor was all over the place talking with people, doing spot cleaning and making the place shine.

My husband and I did laundry at Lucy’s Laundry in Ft Bragg, CA during our vacation travels. Employee Eliana (I think that was her name) greeted me as I walked in the door, and told me to let her know if there’s anything I need. She kept the laundromat spotless, wiping down the doors and tops of each machine as she walked through the space. She dust-mopped the entire floor while we were there. The laundromat was clean and bright, and felt comfortable and safe, with lots of available washers and dryers. In most laundromats I’ve used when traveling, there always seem to be a lot of machines that aren’t working. I didn’t see a single “out of order” sign on any of the machines at Lucy’s. I wish all laundromats were as nice as Lucy’s!

turns out they had this pile of clothes way in thr back that we'd both forgoten about and honestly i thought we'd lost one of my favorite shirts for good but they got it back to us in perfect shape and even found a keyring we threw in by accidentthis spot definately knows what its doing becuase nothing came back stretched or shrunken and everything smelled nice without that heavy perfume scentthinking this will be my new spot for everything going forward its just really nice to finally have somewhere that treats your clothes right

What really makes this a 10/10 would recommend is the staff. Cynthia was so helpful and kind to me. Practically saved my life! Helpful, friendly, clean, full service - what more could you ask for?

Super clean. Great machines and a lot of them. The woman who works here is helpful and cleans constantly! She cleans the tops of the washers, front and around the doors of the washers! Super impressive ! Highly recommend!
