Friendly and knowledgeable sales reps. Their sleep natural mattress protector is the best I have ever own. My dog got sick on my bed and the toddler spilt a cup of juice on it. Though it went thru the sheets, NONE of it got on the mattress. The mattress protector is easy to wash and dry. I highly recommend. I went back to store and bought one for every bed in the house. If their dog pillows ever go on sale, I intend on buying one for each of my 4 dogs.
