There’s a lot of detail to get into perspective so that safe decisions about towing are made … too many for me to retain but Nick had all of the information in his head and generously explained what I needed to do to be compliant. We initially had a slight hiccup with booking Nick (Towmetrics) to conduct our Motorhome and car trailer weighing, more than likely from my end. UPDATE – Second weigh:I went back to Nick for a second weigh after making the changes he recommended from my first visit, and his expert knowledge and advice has paid off. Everything is now legal, well under the limits and the caravan is towing so much better.Nick made himself available at very short notice, which I really appreciated.Another big advantage is that Nick uses 8 individual weighing pads, meaning the vehicle and caravan can all be weighed at the same time. Compared with some other setups that use only 4 pads and require the vehicle and caravan to be weighed separately, then manually added up, Nick’s setup gives you a much clearer and more accurate picture of the complete combination in one go.Once again, fantastic service, knowledge and practical advice. Advised us how to adjust the loading and setup and further improvements for when we return home.
