Couldn’t be happier, unfortunately, due to my frustration with my insurance company you know the one with the guy who’s always there I switched to another well-known insurance company and doing so I pretty much lost my roof coverage so while searching for a company, I was very price conscious along with wanting to make sure it was a reputable company, preferably a local company. Nowadays, it can be tough to find a genuine, good company considering all the roofing companies out there. Nowadays many are using AI advertisements or just overhyped marketing campaigns across all the social media platforms. Since I was paying out-of-pocket, I wanted to make sure, I was picking the right one. After speaking with a friend, they recommended GCR and honestly I’m happy I spoke to that friend. Given that the roof is a major aspect of the property and knowing that I would probably be looking to sell in the next 3 to 5 years, I took the opportunity to kind of change it up a little bit giving the house a little bit different look since I had been staring at the same thing for 14 years so I thought this would be an awesome opportunity to just give it a little bit different look. The staff was very helpful and patient with me as I went back-and-forth with the different color choices, and helping me decide based on their experience and the color of my house what would be the best color options. From the initial estimate all the way until the work was completed, they always kept me informed on the date they would start, when supplies would be dropped and most of just being super patient with all my questions, it might not seem like a big deal but personally out of the five homes that I’ve owned in my lifetime. This is the first time I’ve had to replace a roof. Normally it was either a new home or the roof had already been done and was still fairly new but this was the original roof and it needed to be done as It was 21 years old and it was not in good shape. The guys that showed up the day of the install were all super friendly, very professional and got to work immediately. I was really surprised because I have a very large roof along with a pretty good size detached garage that also has a decent size roof, they got it all done in one day, but the most surprising thing is lol being a guy and one of my hobbies being cars, you know we always lose that one bolt when we’re putting things back together inevitable always happens that one bolt just walks away. I haven’t found a single nail or piece of debris even in the smallest bit I was just blown away that I just didn’t see anything. They took extreme care, cleaning up and making sure there was no nails anywhere on the ground or pieces of the old roof, which very much was a concern of mine, having a dog which puts every single thing in his mouth from socks to shoes, weeds and even pinecones.. lol Anything you can think of, so I was very concerned if he had found something with he tried to eat it, so saying I was happy that I didn’t see anything is understating it a bit. If you find yourself in the position of needing a new roof, definitely give these guys a call start to finish everything was amazing.Thank you so much and if I ever find myself needing another roof in the future, I’ll definitely be giving you guys a call

GCR did a great job installing my new roof and gutter screens. They also repaired some rotted areas around my chimney. Worked really hard; were on time and finished on schedule. Osbeli and the GCR team did a great job installing a standing seam metal roof on our house in Roswell. Osbeli took the time to answer my questions and make sure I was satisfied with the proposal, and he worked with me on some specific requests I had related to the underlayment and metal panels.
