I brought a broken chain in to get fixed. The chain i bought it over 20 years ago.I had given my grandson the chain.Well long story short. The chain can't be fixed. We'll I have no use for a broken chain. Then your sales person (a young man) helps me and I decided to sell him the chain for the gold in it. I belief he gave me a good price. My wife and I came in to if we could make jewelry from the earrings her dad gave her mom over 70 years ago. They were beautiful, but they fell out of my wife's ears. They told us that because they were so special, we only need to find better backs. They sold us backs that stayed in. What impressed me was that they cared about us instead of just trying to make money. What wonderful people!!!!

Stopped in to get a silver permanent bracelet put on. There were lots of chains to choose from, and the staff was super friendly, helpful and efficient. Great price-point as well. Very happy with my purchase and will definitely be back.
