Very professional and incredibly friendly staff! Everyone I worked with was helpful, knowledgeable, and made the entire process easy to understand from beginning to end. They were always willing to answer my questions and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. What really stood out to me was how accommodating they were. They came out to my home multiple times so I didn’t have to make the trip into the office, which I truly appreciated. That level of convenience and personal service really made a difference. The entire experience was smooth and stress-free, and I never felt rushed or pressured. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone considering a reverse mortgage and looking for a professional, friendly, and trustworthy company to work with! Brian is absolutely amazing!

Brian, of Florida's Best Reverse handled my reverse, and he did bang up job. I never had to call him, or hound him on the phone. That is paramount to me. I get somebody to do something, I expect them to do it without me having to continually push him along. Once I contacted Brian, he put everything on his plate and ran with it. Thank you Brian

Brian at Florida's Best Reverse Mortgage was excellent to work with. He is knowledgeable, professional and really cares about his customers. We were working with another company located in California and the distance and time differences were making it difficult to communicate efficiently. This began to lead to delays in the process and became frustrating. We called Brian and he took over the process. We couldn't have been happier with our decision to switch to Forida's Best Reverse Mortgage Company.

We just completed our reverse mortgage with Florida First Reverse Mortgage, and we're so glad we chose them out of all the companies out there. Diane Borden was amazing - kind, patient, and truly helpful every step of the way. She made the whole process simple and stress-free. We highly recommend her and Florida First Reverse Mortgage.Henry & Carol Reese

I wasn’t sure about this whole ordeal. But I called this company and got connected with Brian. He was informative and to the point and told me that if we met, we would both know within 15 minutes if this was right for us. After meeting with Brian, we decided it was right for us. Through the whole process, Brian was always always available. He walked us through everything. By the time we got done with it he was like family. It was fast and very well done thanks to Brian. If you’re on the fence, I would tell you call this company and ask for Brian. You will never be sorry! I’ve never worked with anyone who was so on the spot for us. Every text every phone call was answered almost immediately. I really can’t say enough about him. Thank you, Brian

Florida's Best Reverse Mortgage Company is hands down a top-notch company. I spoke with reps from a few different companies and are rep Brian, who by the way came out to our home, explained the ins and outs of the reverse mortgage very well, he made sure we understood what he was saying before going on to the next level. Brian stayed with us throughout the entire process from beginning to closing and is still following up today over a month later. I would most definitely recommend Florida's Best Reverse Mortgage Company for anybody looking into getting a reverse Mortgage.

Angie Scott worked with my family to help my daughter and son-in-law secure a mortgage for their new home. She worked hard to keep everything moving during what can be a complicated process. She was knowledgeable about the lending process and always willing to answer questions along the way. We appreciate the time and effort she put in to help make this purchase happen.

I had a really positive experience recently thanks to Brian Correa. I called in with some basic questions regarding a Reverse Mortgage for my father. Thankfully I got Brian. Not only did he answer my questions, he went above and beyond, sharing better options for my dad to pursue. Brian wasnt interested in a quick transaction; I appreciated that he was looking out for my father's best interests. I'll remember that.

I had a great experience working with Brian. Unlike doing stuff like this online, Brian Correa works with you, is just a phone call away to answer questions and follow up on details, and when it really matters, he's there in person.

Jay Nauta provided excellent guidance and support, educating me along the way with great patience, as I was new to the reverse mortgage experience. Learning about the 62+HECM was challenging, but Jay was always there to answer questions if I needed help. He is very knowledgeable about the product and I would recommend him highly to anyone who is seeking more information about it. Thank you, Jay!
