I had my first visit/ cleaning/consult with their skilled technician and Dr. Majid Najafi, who I felt was easy to talk to about my concerns, and I never felt rushed.My second appointment was for a filling, with Dr. Kashani, who was equally welcoming and easy to talk to. This is one of the best medical offices I’ve been to. They treat you with kindness from the moment you walk in. Going to the dentist has never been something I’ve enjoyed but they made the experience the best it could be. Went for a cleaning because I was long overdue and Jonathan, the dental hygienist walked me through each step, educating me as he was preforming the work on my teeth and kindly pointing out both positive things he could tell about my oral health as well as some suggestions to help improve. He identified one of my wisdom teeth was coming in and had in fact broken through the gum. Dr Kashani came in to confirm and we set up another appointment to have this tooth removed. I was nervous going into the apt because I’d seen friends of mine have it done and it seemed painful. Dr Kashani assured me that in my case, just doing a top tooth was very simple and shouldn’t be very painful or difficult. He was right. It was honestly over before I thought it started. I remember him numbing the area and then saying I’d feel a little pressure, but to tell him if I felt pain. I told him I felt pressure but it wasn’t much. After that he showed me my tooth. I couldn’t believe it. He was so skilled and it was so minimally invasive, there really wasn’t even much bleeding. I couldn’t be more impressed by his work and by this office. I was anxious as I could be, Dr. Kashani and his assistant noticed right away and did their best to put my mind at ease by letting me know they’d make it as painless as possible. Dr Mossavi and the dental hygienist, Jonathan Tupas, both did a deep cleaning for me without any numbing agent because I’m allergic. One did the right side and the other did the left side. They were both phenomenal! I don’t usually like going to the dentist but both of them made me feel very comfortable and were very gentle and meticulous. I tried to get an appointment with another dentist in downtown HB because I needed a good dental cleaning. They wanted to do Xrays on the 1st visit, then they want me to come back for the dental cleaning. I've been to several other dentists and this is the 1st time I heard of this scam. I have been coming to Dr Najafi’s practice for two years. I like her professionalism. She has a very conservative approach. I was told by other dentists to put crowns on my upper and lower molars. I am really scared of invasive procedures and not wanting to do that. But she had a simple solution which will work just as good as putting crowns on the molars. Staff is very nice and courteous.
