Throughout my treatment I’ve probably been looked after by five, six or seven different members of their team, and every single one has been absolutely brilliant. I used to have a genuine fear of the dentist, but they’ve completely changed that for me and made me feel comfortable and confident every time I walk through the door. The professionalism, care and standard of work across the whole team is exceptional. From my personal experience, I genuinely consider Smile HQ to be up there with the best dentists in the world. Dr Rose Mulvey carried out a root canal procedure in two sessions for me. I received excellent care and attention at all times during this process. Any problems were dealt with quickly and with the utmost professionalism. At no time did I feel stressed and was always made aware of what was happening. I wanted a double bridge replaced that had been in for more than 30 years and I was extremely nervous due to my previous dentist’s but Jake my dentist at Smile HQ was so kind and reassuring that all would be fine and it was.Jake gave me a smile I never thought I would ever be proud of!His attention to detail was second to none and we even had some laughs, not something I have ever experienced at a dentist. He will be my dentist forever now.All the staff at Smile HQ are amazing, friendly and so helpful. Dr Rose Mulvey was absolutely brilliant when treating for a root canal treatment explaining to me the whole process making sure I understood how each phase works and the potential risks involved. The purple disclosing dye highlighted the biofilm (I believe?) and Hannah took the time to explain exactly where I needed to improve and how to properly maintain my teeth at home.I left feeling genuinely educated, cared for and incredibly impressed by her expertise.
