I would strongly recommend Great Lakes Comfort (GLC) for your furnace needs. They initially came to support a home warranty service for a furnace gas leak and were very flexible in working with us on our claim, despite difficulties we had with the warranty company. It took the warranty company most of the day to approve the repairs and GLC came back the same day fix an old furnace. Most companies would not have provided this level of service. They responded promptly for follow-up service and covered the service call for a fair price and were very pleasant to work with.
