Kai and Matt showed up on time and in less than 4 hours the old door and frame were gone and a new one installed. They were courteous, friendly cleaned up the job site and the door works wonderfully! Highly recommend Lifetime Windows & Doors. Update: Just had Lifetime Windows & Doors back out to replace 3 30 year old Milgard windows (2 on a third story). Enrique show up on time at 8:30 am and they were done by 3:30 pm. Installation and clean up were great, and they were very courteous and respectful the whole time. Worked with Cindy on quotes for both of these projects. She was on-time, efficient, kept me updated, quickly answered any questions and in general very easy to work with. Highly recommend and will use them again for future window replacements. 2024 Update: (door was 2022, 3 windows in 2023) Had Lifetime Windows & Doors come out again to replace the rest of the windows - 11 in total, various shapes, sizes and locations. Kyle & Zack were more than up to the task of expertly taking out and re-installing the somewhat challenging windows over 3 days. They showed up on time, cleaned up before they left each day, were very nice and kept me informed of the progress and the snags they ran into. The job was completed in the originally estimated time. I converted a large window to a sliding Milgard door using Lifetime and the whole process was wonderful. From initial discussions with Tate to the work completed by Josh and Hugo, the process was fast, communicative, and a reasonable price. I got quotes from 4 different options, and Lifetime's quote was right in the middle. But Tate also seemed to be the most responsive and informed, pointing out potential challenges the other companies didn't mention. The process took two days, including coordinating with an HVAC company for capping the underwindow vent. Josh was very responsive to my requests for removing the original trim carefully, and was very helpful in brainstorming options for the new trim that would cover the paint line. The total price was ~$10K ($4.3K for the door alone, no adjustment to header or king studs). Less

I recently had 12 windows replaced on my 1975 Salem home. I wanted Milgard windows and called Lifetime Windows and Doors for an estimate. An appointment was promptly scheduled and Tate came out to measure my windows. He was really great at answering and explaining all my questions and giving me recommendations about the various window types. I also liked that Tate remained available to answer my questions during the subsequent days it took to write up the estimate. He put in the effort to make sure I was happy during the whole process. The installers, Kyle and Zack, were also exceptional. They are just great, friendly guys, hard workers, professional, very organized, and true experts at that job. They always arrived on time and were very careful when working indoors to be minimally disruptive and clean. I also appreciated that they would always pause their work to answer all my questions.
