We had a really good experience with Lifetime from the start. John, our design consultant, was very knowledgeable and patient as we worked through the details of our job. He answered many questions and dealt with several changes as we decided on specific options for each window.Their showroom was also very helpful in our decision as we were able to see all of the window options and the staff there were very helpful.Josh was the lead installer and he was excellent. Very professional, kind and flexible. Both Josh and his installation partner, Hugo, were great. They moved quickly and efficiently. Josh explained things as he went and showed us all the tips and tricks of the windows. They also did a great job in cleaning up when they were done. I had 3 windows + glass slider door installed in October 2023. This was my overall experience: Their initial communication was very poor; there was a three week period immediately after I paid when I couldn’t get ahold of them despite calling and emailing almost every day… I was worried that I had been scammed. The installers they sent to my house weren’t the sharpest. One of the windows was installed with wide trim that encroached on my kitchen cabinets… and instead of calling me, or altering the trim, they decided to cut a notch in my wood cabinets so that the trim would fit. I reached out a few weeks later and asked if they could re-do the trim on this window and they would not do it. Two stars because the slider door and other two windows turned out nicely. Less

I normally don’t leave reviews unless a company goes above and beyond. This company definitely did. Less than 2 years ago I did a full home remodel of my childhood home. I used Lifetime for over 50k worth of work. They did a good job and everything was done to standard. However, where Lifetime really shines is their customer support. I had a Milgard window (of course the largest and most expensive window in the entire house) start showing signs of a stress fracture. Greg went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care and the window would be replaced even if the Milgard company was being difficult with the warranty. Standing up for the customer like Greg did is a value not seen in most companies. I have many more projects to be done at the place and I will seek Lifetime first for any project in their scope. I highly recommend the company to everyone. Less
