Lifetime Windows and Doors recently replaced all the windows in our home and we are very pleased with the results. All of the staff we worked with were polite and professional. Sean and Kyle, the installers, were exceptional. They let us know what to expect each day, cleaned up the work areas when they finished, and installed window trim that makes our old house look much nicer. We really appreciated how quickly they worked in the cold weather and that they kept disruption to a minimum. They were very tolerant of our dogs, who barked at them as much as possible. Less

We had Lifetime Windows and Doors replace our French doors leading to our deck with a fiberglass door. Kai and Kevin arrived on time, and completed the replacement in a friendly and professional manner. The door looks great; very happy! There was a gap beneath the door on the outside that was unappealing from an aesthetic view, and Kai was willing to return and fix the gap. Looks great now! The lock mechanism is very tight and occasionally difficult to unlock, but they called Milgard and set up an appointment to get it fixed. So far we are very pleased. Less

We had a really good experience with Lifetime from the start. John, our design consultant, was very knowledgeable and patient as we worked through the details of our job. He answered many questions and dealt with several changes as we decided on specific options for each window.Their showroom was also very helpful in our decision as we were able to see all of the window options and the staff there were very helpful.Josh was the lead installer and he was excellent. Very professional, kind and flexible. Both Josh and his installation partner, Hugo, were great. They moved quickly and efficiently. Josh explained things as he went and showed us all the tips and tricks of the windows. They also did a great job in cleaning up when they were done. I had 3 windows + glass slider door installed in October 2023. This was my overall experience: Their initial communication was very poor; there was a three week period immediately after I paid when I couldn’t get ahold of them despite calling and emailing almost every day… I was worried that I had been scammed. The installers they sent to my house weren’t the sharpest. One of the windows was installed with wide trim that encroached on my kitchen cabinets… and instead of calling me, or altering the trim, they decided to cut a notch in my wood cabinets so that the trim would fit. I reached out a few weeks later and asked if they could re-do the trim on this window and they would not do it. Two stars because the slider door and other two windows turned out nicely. Less
