Best gym experience I've had (and still having!)The guys at CFSTK are incredible. What usually puts me off joining gyms like this is feeling overwhelmed. Not here! Lockie, Dave and Conner have helped me get into shape and provide scaled alternatives to every class so I, and others at my level, can keep training.This gym is 110% inclusive for everyone of all skills, and if you're looking for a gym in St Kilda or its surrounds, I cannot recommend it enough.

Been going now for over a year. Great community and trainers know their stuff - fun, always exciting, and great variety of exercise regiments.Also, don't know about any other CrossFit gyms but this one is super inclusive - doesn't matter who you are, or if you're brand new to CrossFit or very experienced, the level of care and attention (with zero ego) is very much appreciated. I know for a fact they've spent more than enough time explaining things to me repeatedly and with precision and care... Grateful for that.

Great Box in the heart of St Kilda. Did a one week pass because I was there for vacation. Great coaches and nice programming. Would definitely recommend it.Thanks for the nice week 😊✌️

Great trainers, fun classes and supportive culture. I get a fantastic work-out and feel that trainers push us the right amount. I also think that CFSTK go to a lot of effort to train us on safety and correct technique with weights ☺️

Great training, good vibes and a solid community here. The programming is always challenging and varied to stay interesting. great environment with friendly crew and coaches. highlight for cleaning and equipments. I really like the programming, always with a killer WOD and mobility classes at 6pm. had lots of fun on my first crossfit open!
