I can’t recommend Tom enough.I called him first thing in the morning, completely stressed after my hard drive suddenly stopped working. I was honestly worried I had lost everything. After explaining my situation, he immediately told me to come over. From the moment we met, he gave me real peace of mind.He was able to retrieve all of my data and set me up with one of his refurbished computers with everything transferred — my files, pictures, and apps all exactly how I had them. It felt like a huge weight lifted off my shoulders. What really stood out to me was his honesty. In a world where it’s easy to feel like someone might take advantage of a stressful situation, Tom was straightforward, fair, and genuinely helpful. Even after everything was done, I texted and called him with additional questions, and he was always there to help.I’m incredibly thankful he got me back up and running so quickly. I have his direct number now, and he’ll be my go-to for anything tech-related moving forward.

West County Computers was great. They took care of my computer and cleaned it up from all the spam and hackers accessing my accounts. Will be going back for sure.
