We rate VOLANTE as 5 stars across the board. The facility is very comfortable and clean. The entire staff is kind, caring and professional. The quality of care is top notch, the food is very good and the activities are tailored and enjoyable. Relative to some other recent experiences VOLANTE is in a class by itself. We wanted to share this review of Volante Senior Living Arlington Heights IL and express how happy we are that our loved one is in their care. Volante of Arlington Heights has a staff that is caring, nurturing, and compassionate. The staff puts their residents first and makes sure all their needs are met. The staff is very communicative on any issues that come up . Vicki the director is the best. She takes a lot of pride in her position and makes sure that everything runs smoothly in the facility. The cleanliness of the facility is wonderful! We love that there are activities offered each day/all day . There is always plenty of staff around to make sure the residents are cared for. The activity director is friendly and offers a variety of fun activities to engage in daily. Thank you for that ! The nursing staff is top notch! They are very knowledgeable. When our loved one came to Volante our loved one was experiencing a medical condition, that they had been dealing with for very long time prior to being at Volante. Once at Volante they addressed the issues and their medical staff knew how to take care of it. We have to say our loved one already looks more healthy. If your looking for a place for your loved one we would definitely recommend Volante of Arlington Heights. Thank you to everyone there! We looked at many places for my father and selected the Gardens. My mom was very protective of my dads care and has very high standards. Frankly, she was blown away by the care and the personal touch they showed both my dad and my mom. She would not stop raving about the care from the nurses, the aids and all the staff. He was able to pass away in a loving environment and with dignity. My entire family would recommend this team and facility. Less

This place was a godsend. My dad needed a permanent living facility in pretty short order after a couple of falls and some sudden health changes. I'd heard all the horror stories about big institutionalized homes, but The Gardens is the exact opposite. Very small facility and no one is overlooked. They all treated my dad (and all the residents, from what I've seen) like family, were very attentive to his health issues, and they know their stuff. And on top of it literally the nicest group of people I've ever met. I was very relieved that there was no waiting list when my dad needed placement; can't help but think there will be one soon enough. His care was wonderful and I slept well at night knowing where he was. He passed away last week, and I'll always be grateful to everyone over there for their work. Less
