After some thought we made an application the following day and I have to say I am very impressed with the service I received, always prompt, always answers and never disappoint. I dealt with Sam, Richard and Charlie and I’m sure other members of the team. All were knowledgeable about my case and I never had to repeat myself about where I was up to. Everything was done professionally and at a pace, including checks and valuation we today 23rd June 2022 received a mortgage offer at a really good rate that we will proceed on. That all happens in just over 2 weeks, unbelievable and we are happy. We put the house on the market and it sold quite quickly. The team at Quay found us a mortgage with an outstanding interest rate, also our new Mortgage runs till I am75 years old, they gave us the dream of a permanent home that we had only dreamed of. They dealt promptly and with an excellent work ethic. We sold at the end of July and on the 10th October we got the keys to our new home. We cant thank them enough and would recommend them to any one else who thinks their situation is impossible. We will surely use them again when our fixed rate term comes to an end.
