If I could leave more than 5-stars I would. We scheduled SpotOn Cleaning to do a deep clean of our new home before we moved in. They arrived promptly and did a walk through of the townhome with me and asked me for anything specific outside of their checklist I needed. On top of being so in depth (removing fridge and cleaning behind it, wiping off our screens on our windows, and more), they were also the most kind people. I believe I had the pleasure of having Miriam's husband along with 2 employees at the home. The family business model shined through and they were incredible to work with. When all was complete they had me do a final walk through to ensure my satisfaction. This is our first home purchase and SpotOn made it feel like our own before we even moved in. We hired Spoton for cleaning our condo after installing a new flooring and some drywall repair. Spoton provided two hard working individuals who did a very good job making the place very clean from the dust due to the repairs. Eric the manager was flexible with the scheduling as our contractor had to incur delays due to unforeseen events. Today as scheduled we got the cleaning done and the place looks spotless clean. I moved out of my apartment and couldn’t stand another second of moving, so I hired SpotOn Cleaning at the last minute. They were fast, thorough, and it was a very easy booking/payment process. The fridge and stove, which I was very concerned about, were spotless. They even cleaned the cabinet under the kitchen sink which I had forgotten about entirely.

They are extremely considerate and careful with your belongings, quick and responsive and beyond attentive to detail. They will leave your place sparkling while also smelling like a dream! Even if they are running a little late, which is rare, they will always reach out and keep you in the loop. I have had Daye twice now and she is just wonderful! We are so happy with hiring SpotOn. Having just moved into a new house, the crew was timely and thorough with all that they promised. Miriam was easy to communicate with - I expressed my concerns about the former family's cats since I have a cat allergy and she took note of that and told her colleagues. Eric also came to clean out a stubborn stain in our closet as a follow-up. We normally don't hire cleaners on a regular basis but highly considering inviting them back.
