I recently moved from Fort Lauderdale to Traverse City, and one of the first things I did upon arrival was to look for a CrossFit gym. After almost nine years of going to the same gym in Florida, CrossFit has become an important part of my daily life, and I was eager to continue the routine in Michigan. The stars must have aligned in my favor, as CrossFit Due North has been a tremendous blessing and has made my relocation so much easier. I have immediately found a community that has welcomed me and allowed me to continue my pursuit of CrossFit the way it should be - with a community of like-minded and supportive friends. The coaching staff is great, friendly, professional, and supportive. The facility is top-notch for a box. I can say I have found a home in Traverse City and, more importantly, a home at CrossFit Due North.

Such am amazing gym!!!! I came in with no idea what I was doing so i was filled with anxiety. The anxiety quickly faded away because of the wonderful group at CrossFit Due North!!! I have been to many gyms over the years and i can say i finally feel home!! All of the couches are very knowledgeable and motify the workouts to fit the different needs.

Amazing experience. I love going to class here every week. Don't get me wrong- I get rocked. But the staff is truly just so kind and knowledgeable and never makes me feel like a wimp, even though I am. The vibe here is for everyone to show up, have fun, and do their own personal best. Don't worry about comparing, but show up with your game face and to make new friends. Thanks CFDN for making my first Cross Fit experience magical.🫶

Learning how to lift weights has got to be one of the smartest (and nerviest) things I’ve done in a long time — as a 75yo female, after a couple months, I already feel different.My Strength, stamina, and balance all have improved & today I’m realizing I haven’t had any lower back pain for awhile!?!Working in healthcare had me in pretty decent shape but getting these benefits + ones I wasn’t expecting is next level. Plus, great people = camaraderie + support!
