Dropped in & did open gym for a week while in town and the space is awesome. The coaches were helpful at helping us get set up & we loved the energy of the gym. Highly recommend to anyone who lives in the area or traveling through!

I live in Colorado but spend 6 weeks in Traverse City during the summer. I found CrossFit Due North with a google search, as I felt I needed to keep up with my strength training. I joined CrossFit Due North for the time frame that I would be there. As a 73 year old female, who scales most everything, I felt welcomed by the coaches and members. The community at CFDN is great, and I feel like I have been able to keep up with my strength training. I even did a 195 pound deadlift this past week! The coaches are great and explain the workouts and movements plus scaling options well.

I was staying in Traverse City for the Cherry Festival and wanted to train at a local Crossfit Box while I was in town. I picked Crossfit Due North and I'm glad I did. The coaches and other athletes were very friendly and I had a great time. They also have a nice selection of T-shirts for sale for traveling dropins like myself. I would definitely join this gym if I lived in the area and will definitely come back if I'm in Traverse City again.
