Learning how to lift weights has got to be one of the smartest (and nerviest) things I’ve done in a long time — as a 75yo female, after a couple months, I already feel different.My Strength, stamina, and balance all have improved & today I’m realizing I haven’t had any lower back pain for awhile!?!Working in healthcare had me in pretty decent shape but getting these benefits + ones I wasn’t expecting is next level. Plus, great people = camaraderie + support!
