I had a 3522A rental reserved a week in advance and paid for. I got a text the *night before* the morning I needed it saying that it would not be available due to the previous renter not returning it. I got a refund, but now I cant finish my project when I planned to. I could have rented from a more reliable company, and I plan to rent from a more reliable company in the future. Less

Equipment was in great shape; well maintained. Provided free drop-off and pickup because I lived in the West Chicago area. Owner was very responsive to all my requirements. Great price; high quality equipment; responsive owner. A USA Rentals is the first and only place I'm going for equipment rentals from now on.
