Undeniable the best moving service. Sam and Aurelio were punctual, professional and very accommodating. Ensured each furniture piece was well wrapped and positioned to minimize any damage to furniture. Additionally, upon move in, maintained the integrity of the floors and walls. Was very careful to ensure furniture was properly placed. Also, they asked questions and did not assume. Excellent customer service and care demonstrated the entire move!

I couldn’t be happier with today’s move! Marcelino and Cesar were outstanding from start to finish. They were professional, efficient, and stayed focused the entire time—no wasted time, just excellent teamwork. In fact, they finished our move about 30 minutes faster than expected.They handled all of our belongings with great care, especially our three flat-screen TVs. They used the proper equipment and protective materials to make sure everything arrived safely, which gave me a lot of peace of mind.This isn’t my first time using this company, and somehow they just keep getting better. I was especially happy to work with Cesar again, who also helped with my move a year ago. It’s great to see the same level of professionalism and dedication.A special shout-out to Tomas as well. He is always professional, answers his phone, and provides outstanding customer service. It’s clear that customer satisfaction is a priority for this team.

Just consistently pleased with On-Demand. They’ve worked for us several times, and are about to again. They’re prompt (if not early), incredibly hard-working and respectful, and genuinely nice people to have in your home. In an industry known for bad experiences, On-Demand has been great for us.
