Jack and the team at Cool Pools saved my pool, I am new to pools and this one was a mess when I bought the home, it was a Emerald green frog pond, I emptied, cleaned and refilled it, and kept it ok for a while, but it proved too much while taking care of 2.5 acres and working full time. I had Jack out to evaluate some issues, he was amazing and extremely knowledgeable, he immediately started attacking the black alge and got my equipment programed correctly.
