Had new windows and a front door fitted, and I couldn't be happier with them!Choosing the right company for a project like this can be overwhelming, but Lloyd and the team made the whole process easy from the beginning.What really stood out to me was the complete lack of any pushy sales approach. I was able to browse the brochures, design my own windows and door, ask plenty of questions, and take my time without ever feeling pressured to book in a survey. Lloyd was more than happy to go back and forth with different designs and ideas until I found exactly what I was looking for. This was really important to me because I didn't want to go through the survey process only to find out the style I had in mind wasn't something they could offer.Everyone I dealt with was approachable, knowledgeable, and professional, from the showroom right through to the fitting team. Andrew and Rhys were fantastic - true perfectionists who took the time to make sure every last detail was finished to the highest standard, including leaving everything spotless afterwards.The quality of the windows and front door is amazing, and they've completely transformed my home. We have just had two doors fitted from Essential Glazing products. I cannot praise the company enough. From my initial enquiry Lloyd was amazing, he was professional an and kept me informed of stages during the process. The fitters Rhys and Aneurin were amazing g too the quality of the finish the work was fab. They were definitely the best retro fit fitters that I have seen.
