I got tricked from some contractors before so I was a little skeptical contacting JAM to replace our siding, windows, and more. However, after I talked with Zeb from JAM, I was very happy to move forward with JAM. Zeb is extremely professional, nice, and honest. JAM construction/ renovation redid my whole patio which was the full length of the house including four columns at the front that was attached to the patio here in Cherry Hill NJ. Andy, the owner came by before the job had started to give me an overview of the project and pricing. His crew did an outstanding job from start to finish. Andy professionalism, workmanship and his commitment to quality work was just outstanding. And to top it off, wherever I needed to communicate with him throughout the renovation process, he would always return my calls even if it was not the same day which was just plain professional especially in his industry. Andy was quick to come out to meet with us when we contacted him for our bathroom renovation. We were on a tight budget and wanted something simple for our first home. His team transformed our tiny bathroom with one standing shower into a fully functioning bathroom with a tub, without having to take any space from the adjacent rooms. Contracted Andrew and his team to redo the shower in our master bedroom—the one room in our new house we weren't happy with. We wanted someone local who had a good body of work and came highly recommended. From the beginning we were thrilled with Andy.. he came to our house, sat down and explained our options and we started work immediately. At one point, he called me when he saw a invoice from a material supplier and flagged an issue that ended up saving us hundreds of dollars.
