What an incredible way to spend a morning to afternoon! We had the best time start to finish. We saw so many dolphins & views from the boat are spectacular. We loved having a smaller boat tour & the crew made sure you are so comfortable & have everything you need. The snorkeling was so clear and beautiful, great gear provided as well. We are definitely going again with Maui Ocean Adventures!

An absolutely unforgettable whale watching experience! The biggest advantage of this tour was the small boat with only a few guests on board, which made it easy to move around freely, find the best views, and capture amazing videos of the whales. Even though we were visiting slightly after the peak season, the captain managed to locate a large group of whales - including males competing for a female, which was truly incredible to witness.The crew was exceptionally kind and welcoming, and their extensive knowledge about whales made the whole experience even more engaging and informative. It was truly a unique and breathtaking adventure - I would happily go on this whale watching tour again!

We visited Maui recently and booked the Whale Encounter. This was an awesome experience!! The all women owned company did not disappoint! We loved the small group vs some other excursions that had over 100 people on board. The young woman Captain and Co-Captain were so knowledgeable in all things whales. We saw some beautiful whales and even a momma whale with her calf. The excursion was 2 hours. Thank you ladies for a great experience

Excellent job. Would 100% recommend and go again!The pink boat was super nice on the inside with brand new sea deck, it just just big enough to where you felt safe out there on the water but not too big so when we saw whales it was easy to move from one side of the boat to the other.The guide & Captain was very knowledgeable and fun to be around. Very laid back and friendly. Tip them well!!! They deserve it!We saw tons of whales, they swam all under the boat and around us, super cool. 10/10!!

Awesome trip with Kyle and Mark today! They were both very informative, safety oriented, and fun! I was amazed with glass bottom kayaks and how well you can see through them. The turtles were beautiful and plenty of them. Their assistance with the inexperienced was thoughtful and kind. Kyle and Mark really went the distance for everyone to have a great experience. I truly wish I had know of them on my prior visits to Maui as my family and I would have booked them in a heartbeat. Highly recommend them!!! Thank you Kyle and Mark!!!!!!

It was an absolute pleasure to be guided by the crew at Maui Ocean Adventures to see the amazing humpback whales of the coast of Laihana! Captain Chrissy and Captain Emma along with Alison were very welcoming and gave us lots of insightful knowledge about the whales and their way of life. As soon as the crew navigated the boat to the area to see the whales we instantly were surprised by the sight of a baby whale and her mother breaching the sea! 🌊 🐋. My wife and I booked this trip last minute. The captain was very knowledgeable of the area and of the whales. We saw 2 groups within 10 mins of being on the water. The boat was clean and new, smooth ride and small group. Saw so many whales and was a highlight experience for the both of us. Definitely recommend.

Very professional set up. Very comfortable boat. We saw about 14 whales including little babies and even included a baby one breaching the water. They submerged a listening device and you could hear all the whales locally. Parking on the street was easy. I would recommend this boat as it looks much more comfortable than some of the ribs going out.

We had an amazint trip with Emma and her support captain :). We saw a huge mom whale and her 5 to 6 weeks old baby jumpin in the water. Emma and her assistant replied to all our questions and we had an unforgettable experience! Thank you girls. You nailed it! 👌🫶

Exceptional experience. We followed at a respectful distance, a mother and calf for nearly 45 minutes. Our guides were well educated about the species, enthusiastic about well watching, and really made the entire adventure perfect. Don’t pass on this one.

OMG!!!! AMAZING!!Not only did Nature give us a great show, but these ladies are amazing. So knowledgeable and FUN!!! The boat was great. In great shape and clean as can be. Managing the waves and wind was a breeze for them. I usually get pretty sea sick, I did prepare for that, but it was really a smooth ride. We have done a few whale watching excursions over the years and today's topped everyone. We had an encounter with a female humpback whale that you dream about. This company is amazing and our family had a fabulous time. Captain Emma is great and we were so lucky to get a spectacular show from a mama and baby whale while out on the two hour midday whale watching tour. The ladies that run this company really love what they do and care about the island, people and of course whales! Highly recommend this company. We loved our sunrise whale watching trip on Maui Ocean Adventures! Mindy was very knowledgeable and James was an amazing captain! Time passed quickly as we traveled through some big waves to find whales. Everyone in our group had a great time.
