The best place in San Diego for you and your children to train. Professor Alê and his wonderful staff create the most friendly and inviting environment to train a martial art. My son, daughter, and I all train there. This art has helped my son get control of his wiggly body and taught him self-confidence along with perseverance. Gracie Barra San Diego is an amazing place to learn Jiu Jitsu! The instructors are very knowledgeable and great people. Whether you are signing up your kids or training as an adult, they offer a ton of convenient classes. It's also fun to be a part of the great community they've cultivated. I've been training here for over 4 years, and Jiu Jitsu has added more to my life, both physically and mentally, than I could have imagined when I first started. Do yourself a favor and try it out.

The professors teach Jiu-Jitsu in a special way that helps children build confidence, discipline, and a love for learning. Every class feels friendly and welcoming, like being part of a big family. I really love this dojo!The instruction is superb and detailed. Everything is well explained as you learn the moves and concepts. The environment is encouraging and welcoming.There is tons of classes which makes it flexible to work around your schedule.So far everything has been positive!
