In just a few minutes, Luna Tech sorted out the issue I was having with my emails being falsly flagged as spam. A few days later, they also sorted out a DNS/IP address issue that had made my website inactive. They resolved these issue quickly by using their Luna Tech remote access app. As they worked, they talked me through what they were doing and I really appreciated that. Great bedside manner. I recently purchased a new computer system from Luna Tech which required migrating all the data and a LOT of software and apps from my old computer to the new system. Matthew was professional and efficient with the time involved during the process. He took the time to explain to me what was going on through the whole process. If you are looking for an IT guy, look no further. Any issue I have had, Matthew and his team have been able to fix it. My previous IT guy would fix stuff, but things always quit working and never seemed to work right. I finally got tired of them. Matthew fixed all that, and now I hardly call him.
