I had Gorilla Kleen come out to pressure wash my fifth wheel after I bought it. They arrived and pressure washed it so fast they were gone in 20 minutes. The job was left looking worse than it was. All they did was put water on top of the dust and when the water ran down it left very nasty streaks of dirt. They never put a cloth or brush on the home to wash it. Instead when I went out to look at the job before they left the tech that was there just rubbed his hand on the outside of the fifth wheel and left a very nasty looking dirty spot and said you need to wash this with a brush and it will come off. Well I hired you and paid a lot of money to have this company come to clean it and it was left looking worse than it did before. The job was so bad my neighbors even came over and said “ I hope you didn’t pay them.” I had to hire somebody else to come and pressure wash it the next day. I watched him and when he put the pressure water on the home the dirty water just started running off and it was so nasty looking. He spent about two hours with pressure washer and once done the home was very clean for a third of the cost. Needless to say I will never call Gorilla Kleen again nor will I ever refer them to anyone. I was never asked if I wanted a refund or offer to come back out and do the job right. My neighbors still talk about how bad this company made my house look and for them to never call them for any job.

I love Gorilla Kleen. They came to our home yesterday. There were two fabulous guys here. One on our roof and one on the ground watering the landscape as they worked so nothing would happen to it. Our roof love like new. Thank you, Gorilla Kleen!

I was not impressed with Gorilla Kleen. A few weeks ago someone came out to price cleaning for our community and she was very nice and knowledgeable. However, once their team came out, the work was less than admirable. There was quite a bit of residue left on sidewalks and curbs. In some areas, it seemed they weren’t even there. Other community members also noticed unfortunately. It took over SIX calls to finally get somebody to answer I am really disappointed with Gorilla Kleen’s work this time around.

excellent service from initial contact to efficient cleaning of the roof. May have paid a little more than some companies charge but we were very pleased
