We hired Rivercross to clean our indoor and outdoor windows, and they look worse than they did before, due to water marks everywhere. They didn’t squeegee the outside of the windows. They washed them down and left them with the water on them. They did squeegee the inside, but the outside of the windows have so many water marks that I’m going to need to hire another company to clean them again. I recommend spending money elsewhere, as his prices were very high for the service provided.Update: James came back and redid by hand the outside and made them look great. We appreciated him being willing to come back!

Speedy response time. The date I wanted was scheduled for the last week of May 2026. Great communication. The father and son (look a like duo) arrived 15 mins early. Very pleasant!! After they arrived they went onto window cleaning while I had other property projects to deal with. Later on as they were leaving they said goodbye and as they left and I arranged to be on their future schedule. I then went to check out their work and it was the BEST WINDOW CLEANING we've ever had done..HANDS DOWN!! We built our home in 2009. We have huge windows in the front, if they're not cleaned well we have to look at the streaks and mess thats left until they're cleaned again. These were SPOTLESS. IMMACULATE. We recently contracted with James Taylor of Rivercross Window cleaning to clean the windows and screens of our home. Several of the windows are second story windows and only accessible by ladder so they hadn’t been cleaned in years. They were no problem for James! He whipped out his ladders and scrubbed off the years of grime to a sparkling shine. We are so pleased with the results! Our windows are so clean they look like they aren’t even there. James provided expert, cheerful, and professional service. It was a pleasure to do business with him.

James Taylor did a great job on our gutters. He arrived on time, worked fast, and was very courteous. He explained everything clearly, and when the job turned out to be easier than he'd estimated, he immediately applied a discount...real honesty. We later had a blockage, and he came out right away and fixed it with no hassle. Professional, reliable, and fair. We will definitely use him again...maybe to put up Christmas lights!
