Job 2:Called Rick to ask if he’d come out and replace two toilets. As he did on the previous job he did for us, he showed up on time, was equipped with multiple drop cloths to keep our carpets clean, and explained some possible future issues that we should keep an eye on (70+ year old house with even older owners…we have issues, too).Worked the entire time he was here, did a great job and, again, gave us a fair price. Don’t hesitate to give him a call!————-Job 1: Rick came at the time promised and took care of a pretty complicated job. He explained the issue, skillfully took care of the situation, and we feel we got a very fair bill.Highly recommended!

We had a fantastic experience with Rick Lucas Plumbing. Rick came out replaced an outside leaking spigot, repaired the shower in our kids' bathroom, and replaced two main water valves. The service was amazing. Rick showed up right on time, the pricing was very reasonable, and the quality of work was outstanding. It's hard to find a plumber you can trust to be honest, professional, and reliable, but Rick Lucas Plumbingis all of those. We'll definitely be calling Rick again for any future plumbing needs and highly recommend Rick Lucas Plumbing to anyone in the Holland, Newtown, or Southampton area without hesitation.

Rick came to our home and worked for 5 hours straight, fixing multiple pipes that were failing and several DIY mistakes. Even when access to the plumbing was tough, he got it done and gave my family peace of mind that it was done correctly. He treated our home, kids, and pets with respect, and explained everything that needed to be done in detail. The pricing was more than fair for the work that he did. I'll be recommending Rick to everyone I know who needs plumbing help!

Rick is the man. He gave me a great price after my first quote from another plumbing service was 4 x higher. He was on time, bonded with my dog, didn't comment on my cluttered basement and was in and out in 30 min. Job completed to perfection and exceeded all expectations. Already recommended him to family and friends.

Rick Lucas did a great job replacing my leaking water heater. Was right on time for the initial appointment and also on the day of the install. Price was good as well. Very knowledgeable.

I called Rick around noon today to see if anyone was available for an emergency toilet repair. Not only was he able to come out today, he had the job wrapped up by 3:30pm and even went above and beyond by replacing some old worn out parts inside the tank. Now our toilet is working better than ever. We won’t hesitate to call him back here for all of our future plumbing needs. Thanks so much, Rick!

Our hot water heater broke last night. As we are calling several plumbing companies, Rick's was the only company that I talked to not through a dispatcher. Rick carefully ask about the unit model and the measurements and the surrounding of the unit. He is willing to help us to take care of this urgent issue today. My husband had secured someone we used before, so at the end we didn't pursue Rick's service, but I like how Rick responded to my inquiry, and will definitely contact Rick again if we have any future plumbing needs.

Nick came out and did a great job! He was very professional and courteous and laid out all the options for us. He replaced a sewer pump in our basement and helped get another pump under a bar working better. I would definitely recommend Rick Lucas Plumbing!

Rick has done 3 small plumbing jobs at my home over the past couple of years or so, the most recent just a couple of weeks ago. Ran water line to refrigerator for ice maker; replaced outside hose faucet; installed new garbage disposal. Each time, Rick has either answered the phone himself or returned my message quickly. We make the appointment, he calls shortly before coming. Does the work, cleans up, all good, no drama, reasonable cost. And Rick's a nice guy, too. Highly recommended.

Rick did a great job in my crawl space replacing all of my domestic water copper piping with PEX tubing and adding shut off valves for each tee for total isolation. He quoted a fair price and completed the job with no follow up visit required.
