We had a fantastic experience with Rick Lucas Plumbing. Rick came out replaced an outside leaking spigot, repaired the shower in our kids' bathroom, and replaced two main water valves. The service was amazing. Rick showed up right on time, the pricing was very reasonable, and the quality of work was outstanding. Not only was he able to come out today, he had the job wrapped up by 3:30pm and even went above and beyond by replacing some old worn out parts inside the tank. Our hot water heater broke last night. As we are calling several plumbing companies, Rick's was the only company that I talked to not through a dispatcher. Rick carefully ask about the unit model and the measurements and the surrounding of the unit. He is willing to help us to take care of this urgent issue today. My husband had secured someone we used before, so at the end we didn't pursue Rick's service, but I like how Rick responded to my inquiry, and will definitely contact Rick again if we have any future plumbing needs.

Rick has done 3 small plumbing jobs at my home over the past couple of years or so, the most recent just a couple of weeks ago. Ran water line to refrigerator for ice maker; replaced outside hose faucet; installed new garbage disposal. Each time, Rick has either answered the phone himself or returned my message quickly. We make the appointment, he calls shortly before coming. Does the work, cleans up, all good, no drama, reasonable cost. And Rick's a nice guy, too. Highly recommended.

When our current technician was not responsive we went with a strong referral from our parents after Rick replaced their hot water heater. He had a new unit installed and running less than 24 hours after we contacted him. Cannot say enough about the quality of work and his patience in walking through all the things we'd need to do after he left like letting air out of the faucets etc. We will be using Rick for all things water and pipe related in our home moving forward.
