Wow!! I'm thoroughly impressed with the exceptional service provided by MLS! From the initial contact with Maria to the final drop-off, everything was top-notch. We chose MLS after doing our research and asking numerous questions. Our party of nine arrived on two different flights, and Rolando was waiting for us at the MCO terminal, ensuring a seamless transfer to the cruise terminal. The return transfer from the cruise ship to the airport was equally impressive, with Rolando arriving early. The vehicle was stunning and comfortable. I highly recommend MLS and look forward to utilizing their services again next year!

MLS transportation staff was very professional and friendly. We used them as our transportation to and from our cruise. They were on time getting us to the ship and 15 min early picking us up from the ship. That was perfect since our large group had to get off the boat a little bit earlier. They kept in contact with me as to where they would be which made the whole process run smoothly. I would definitely use them again.

In my quest to find a transportation company to take us from an MCO hotel to the Port of Canaveral and back, I did some research and found this company - Magical Luxury Shuttles. They were very responsive and priced right. I tried to do some homework and look at reviews on this company but was not very successful, there was little information available. However, there wasn't any bad information either. It appeared to me they were a newer company, so I thought I'd give them a shot. (Of course I had a Plan B just in case). I am so happy I booked them. They were responsive to my inquiries, they arrived on time, the drivers were courteous, kind, and the best part, they were both great drivers. As a matter of fact on the back end of our trip, my son forgot his earbuds in the back of the van, I reached out to our driver and he came back to the airport and met my son to return his earbuds. Over and beyond what I would have expected.If you are on the fence whether to book this company here's your sign. Book Magical Luxury Shuttles - it was one of my best logistical decisions.Thank You!
