I can't say enough good things about this smallish yet mighty academy. I began my BJJ journey here about 2.5 years ago in the first bootcamp they ran and I have been hooked ever since. Matt and Kyle and their team of instructors consistently teach high level, technically sound, efficient and effective 'clockwork style' brazilian jiu jitsu, in a warm and welcoming room truly open to all. In a short time it has become my second home, a favorite place, and the anchor of my practice. I've made many friends for life here, undergone a radical and positive personal transformation, and built true skills on the mat that have carried over to life outside the gym in so many meaningful ways. My teenage daughter trains here with me as well and its been such a pleasure watching her grow in her own way. If high level skill development in a clean room with a beautiful supportive family and zero ego nonsense sound like the kind of jiu jitsu practice you like, this is your spot.

This is a great school to train at. I always enjoy stopping by when I’m in the area. Matt and Kyle are great instructors and make you feel welcome in their gym. If you’re interested in BJJ I highly recommend training at Clockwork.

Cannot say enough great things about the children’s classes and staff. They are an incredible balance of firm and caring, which every parent knows is a hard feat. Beyond anything, I really appreciate the mutual respect the children learn by example of coaches and peers. Highly recommend!

A must-try hidden gem!! I started my BJJ journey February 2025 and have seen so much growth thanks to this gym and community ❤️Kyle, Mario, Ashley, and Matt have been amazing and supportive since day 1. I recommend trying this sport out here specifically, even if you are only 10% interested in BJJ. It has been a great way to relieve stress while simultaneously burning calories.
