We have been working with Christian Internet Design since 2019, and could not be happier with the partnership and work they have for our Christian Travel Agency. They are very cost-friendly to a small business, and give top-tier service! We had a massive changeover in 2019 for our website, marketing & advertising and needed a company who was reliable, and up to date with marketing in this fast-paced, modern world. Josh & his team were very creative in designing our new website, not once, but twice, when we did a re-branding again in 2025. When it comes to our ad-spend and budget, they are very conscious and don't push too much to overspend; quite the opposite! If they sees an opportunity to save us money, and grow the brand organically, he will do that. They spend time understanding the company, and the customers that we are targeting, and tailor the marketing to those needs. Our ministry had a critical need to update our website due to technology incompatibility issues with Google. CI Design provided the solution we needed that does everything we needed it to do and more. With years of blog posts, articles and videos that needed a new home on the web, they helped me understand the critical path to success. Their expertise provided guidance as we transitioned our website host, email host, domain registration and Google Analytics. They helped us stay on track to go "live" on time, and have been incredibly responsive to the small changes that needed to be made to the design. However, their eye for design is remarkable, taking what few concepts I had and translating it into a great website for the ministry. CI Design LLC, endured a change of ownership after an agreement to revise a ministry website to be more social media friendly. They made a custom software to easily post literature documents, supplemented with screen capture training videos on what to do on our end. Now we manage the website on our own. The new site looks great on smart phones. Their 20 years of experience in website building brought us an easy to navigate website.March 2025 update. Caleb helped me with website issues/improvements I could not do on my own. I had no idea how fast and talented Caleb is at this. We really worked well together and easily accomplished all tasks in less than the allotted time.

I posted a 3-star review earlier because of a misunderstanding I had about what was needful to load the site in a timely manner. Josh responded quickly to my concern, and is adding the plugin I need to solve the problem, along with a beefed-up server. I've changed my review to 5 stars, and I do apologize for jumping the gun on my first review. Thank you, CI Design for a job well done!
