I have been attending Fit20 Twyford for around 18 months now.I love the fact that it's not your usual gym, full of people and hot!The space is cool, clean and quiet, often just me, one other person I train with, and our Personal Trainer.The physical difference that had been made over that time, and the weights I'm now using are incredible. I can easily see a difference in my arms and legs, both being more toned and I feel much stronger than I did before.It's incredible how much difference 20 minutes of training a week can make, when done following the Fit20 method.Other "normal" gyms would take far too much of my time, which I don't have. This fits with me, my availability and WORKS. Less

After unlocking 6 weeks I noticed on my commute that I was confidently trotting up and down the Elizabeth line escalators with my heavy rucksack on my back. I always took it slowly before and didn't feel as steady. Fit20 works for me! Less

Has made a huge difference to my strength. So great to be able to make changes with just 20 minutes per week. I can lift my 3 year old grand daughter very easily. Hurrah. I can also get up from the floor which I couldn’t do before without hanging onto something. I’m delighted! Less
