He arrived, quickly identified the problem, explained exactly what was happening, and fixed it efficiently.What impressed me most was how knowledgeable, organized, and careful he was. He worked around the dishwasher and opened the wall without creating unnecessary disruption, handling everything with great care. It was immediately clear that he knew exactly what he was doing.He also took the time to explain the repair as he worked—including why he was using different rings and fittings to secure the new T in the pipeline, and how those choices would affect the durability of the repair long term. I had a customer that just had an air conditioning put in 5 years ago! And it was shot in already. Not did he not only work hard to figure out the problem. He actually stopped on July 4th to try to get it going for the tenant. Did an excellent job of the install for a new air conditioning. And called them again cuz we had a leak for the washing machine. Then water was running down the drain pipe. Went above me on and found out what it was and took care of that also
