When I called, it was fully explained to me the house washing process; when the owner, Rick, came for the quote he was on time, actually a few minutes early :-) and he provided a quote and day when the work could be done. Rodney, the tech, showed up early and was courteous and had the job completed within 1 1/2 hours...excellent job!
