Thank you Exclusively Yacht and Condominium! Our law firm decided to get our in-house area rug cleaned. We called a well-known company and were given a quote over the phone after stating that the dimensions (100” x 115”). Once they arrived, they stated that they could not clean our carpet for what they quoted on-line and that the cost would be double. We told them “no thank you” and moved on. We heard about Exclusively Yacht and Condominium from one of our many clients and thought, “Why not give them a call?” We gave the same dimensions and got the same quote the same amount as the well-known company. We were hesitant given the fact that we received the same quote, but we were going to take our chances once again. We asked if they could come on the weekend to avoid any weekday disruption to our operations. They stated that they could come on a Saturday and asked if they had access to our parking garage. When they arrived at the agreed upon time (9:30 a.m.), they were prompt, as well as professional in their cleaning of the rug. We were told that it would take approximately 2 – 2 ½ hours to dry and they left. The next business day, we looked at the rug and it was clean and looked almost brand new again after nearly 10 years of use! We would highly recommend them for any carpet cleaning whether it’s an office area rug, or on a boat or condominium. They get a 10 star in our book.
