We worked closely with Matt, Joe and their crews on remodeling our kitchen and two bathrooms. In addition. we transformed a living room into a guest bedroom, updated the entertainment center, refinished wood floors, and more. Matt and Joe with Local Map Construction are honest, straightforward and have high standards for their work. They checked in daily, let us know what to expect, had the house cleaned four times during the process, and the ducts cleaned when all was complete. Local Map lowered a window and replaced a second window to meet fire code for renting. They did a great job! I would recommend them to do this kind of job and also others. Another note: The owners kept me updated every step along the way and also showed up onsite multiple times to oversee subcontractor handywork. This is a quality company!
