I’ve been loving classes at The Pole Room in Narre. Not only are they super fun and have allowed me to meet some incredible people, I’m the most fit I’ve ever been. I think this is because it’s the only exercise I’ve been consistent with since it’s so enjoyable I don’t really even think of it as working out. The instructors are all so talented and super friendly and honestly can’t recommend enough to someone looking to start pole or any of the other courses that are available. Also I’ve been trying to get my splits for years now and after just a few of their flex classes I’m almost at the floor which has been an unexpected bonus!

Best Pole Studio in Melbourne, teachers are amazing and are so welcoming to new students. I absolutely love it at TPR. This place is a must if you want to try Pole, silks, or hoops

I love Jess and the whole team at TPR, felt comfortable from the get go and quickly became addicted! Such a good, strong, supportive, uplifting environment where everyone is eachother biggest fan! I couldn’t imagine training anywhere else and wish I had started sooner! Absolutely found my second home. 🤍

I have been attending pole and aerial classes here for over six months. As a man, I was initially quite nervous because most of the attendees were women, so I only joined trick and conditioning classes. However, with the support and encouragement from both my instructors and classmates, I gained the confidence to start taking dance classes too. I am very happy with my progress so far and look forward to advancing through the levels. I highly recommend TPR to anyone looking for alternative fitness and to challenge themselves with something new, bold, and different!

Had a hens party at Aerial Fit Studio and all the girls have so much fun. The instructor was very friendly & flexible with our arrangements (mixed different type of dances). Moreover, Aerial Fit take in smaller group too, which most of other studios don’t. Good value for money!

First class back since covid restrictions have been lifted slightly and a had a blast! Absolutely loved it! Had so much fun. Looking forward to more classes. Gonna be sore tomorrow, but in a good day. Highly recommend.

I love this studio! It has felt like a second home from the moment I took my first class in 2014. Aerial fitness changed my life and I'm so pleased I found my aerial family here. A beautiful studio with amazing instructors 💜

Always happy always smiling best coaches/trainers its a massive family. Everybody is included. I stopped going for a little while and it felt like something was missing now I'm back and wish i had more time for more classes!! Have highly reccomended aerial fit Narre over other studios. No other studio has ever made me feel so welcome! And I've been to most in East and south east Melbourne. Thanks Rach Sharon and all the other staff.. I'm so greatful

I love this studio!! Currently doing pole, silks & hoop, and every instructor I've had is amazing. Everyone , both instructors and students are warm, welcoming and encouraging. If you want to have heaps of fun go try a class! If you're not a gym person and want to increase your fitness this is the place!

Very open and welcoming place, I'm very glad to have found it. I've been taking classes here for about 8 months now, and everyone is lovely, the pace of the class is adjusted to suit the people in the class, yet the instructors are very good at catering to people of different ability level as well, so no one i left behind or waiting for others to catch up. I'd been trying to find exercise that didn't feel like a chore, and on top of finding exercise that I look forward to each week, I found an extended family.

Not going to lie.. at first I was so worried when I signed up given my size (im a size 20) and health/injury. But all that was gone after the first class. The instructors have been amazing and super supportive. If I can’t do something due to injury the suggest an alternative that will help build that strength for helping me in the future. That first class was over 6 months ago and I can do so much more than I did before. There are days I want to give up because I struggle with moves but everyone bands around and helps and support. Its just so much fun as well Highly recommended

My daughter had the BEST 6th Birthday party today hosted at Aerial Fit Studio. It was a "Greatest Showman Movie" theme and her plus her friends had an amazing and fun time learning moves on the hoop and silks, some of which actually featured in the movie. Thank you so much to Annie and the Aerial Fit Studio team for making my daughter's birthday so special. Xxxx
