She tirelessly gave us options and put together the most beautiful kitchen, one we have dreamed of for decades! Rachel is fantastic at each facet of the design and a great cheerleader if you want to push the design envelope. She will give you an honest opinion and it's important to her that you love your design as much as she loved helping you get there, so HAVE FUN with it. Even before installation I was worried about our dining light, but Rachel held my hand assuring me it was going to be perfect and it absolutely IS! Kym Davis was a fun addition to our design team to make my husband feel more included in the process.I know others say the same thing, but our building crew was the top! Kent Redmond is a treasure! He is a very detailed can-do person who empowers his crew to make people happy. Eddie, Jim, Jesse, Cesar, Daniel were all amazing along with the countertop company and the island painters! They were meticulous when it came to covering the existing floor and removing the appliances we were reusing. The scope of the project came with some great suggestions from Kent as well, such as repositioning the can lights so they were better aligned in the kitchen ceiling. Eddie was such a great ambassador with all of the others who came in to do different parts of the project. Quality is so important to Eddie and you can see it in the way he did each part of our kitchen, especially with existing walls and ceilings that may not be perfectly squared. They each cleaned up every day and were actually a really fun team to work with. What a gift to have people enter your home as workers and have them leave as friends.We also had a situation arise just before they started. To our surprise, we found out that we had termites in our living room (next to the kitchen) when the wall cracked. Kent took a look at the damage done and gave us a quote to do that repair as well. I am so grateful to have had that fixed at the same time and we were able to coordinate the schedule with the exterminator.If you are looking for top quality work, reliable, trustworthy, experienced, and detail oriented crews, look no further. The experience was just as amazing as the finished project for our dream white kitchen come true.

We had Premier design and build our kitchen remodel years ago and everything still looks great! Had some hinges wear out over time and the folks at Premier stood behind their work, replacing and installing new hinges. Worked with Kent on this and appreciate his professionalism and desire to make every customer happy and satisfied. If anyone is considering a remodel, Premier is without question the “go to” for design and build.

Premier designed and installed our new kitchen that we love! Good communication, excellent workmanship and designed to our style, well worth the money. Pretty much hassle free since they use their own employees for almost everything. Took about three months, well worth the wait.

From day one everyone was professional and friendly. During the entire process they included me and made sure I was happy with the project. Eddie is a rock star! The tile guys let me work with them to put up the Mexican tile in a beautiful array. Kent and Rachel kept me updated. Rachel understood my vision! Kent is on top of everything and communicates so I didn't have to ask. Everyone was lovely and my kitchen is GORGEOUS thanks to this team!!
