This was my very first service experience from Ideal Air and it was a great one. This was a last minute emergency appointment that they accommodated on a Sunday. Odean from their team came over promptly and did a great job of diagnosing the problem, he took the time to explain things to me in a manner I could relate/understand it easily. He was able to connect with the Navien support team during the appointment, they troubleshot the problem together, figured out the root cause and the right fix to the problem. My heating problem was resolved in a matter of hours the same day. I will definitely rely on Odean for help in future as well.

From start to finish a great experience. Was calling several companies for furnance services - their call center after hours was great, setup 8am service, reasonable price point for visit which included the first 1hr of labor. Tech communicated in the morning "On the Way" and "Arrived" and was able to get right to the issue and resolve all for the 1 hour labor. No hidden fees, no scams, no surprises. Paid and have a report for recommendations. I plan to schedule time with them for a more detailed maintenance call. Great company start to finish - 5 stars!

My heat pump had a blown fuse on one of the coldest days of the year and Aderito was able to come out the same day when many other HVAC companies wouldn’t even return my calls. He assessed the problem quickly and explained how he would fix it, and he did have to order a part so the job wasn’t done same day but the company called me as soon as they received it. Aderito was professional and friendly and I appreciated that he put shoe covers on when he came into the house. Price was reasonable and I would recommend them to anyone looking for HVAC services.
