I had such a great experience with Belfast Power Wash that I have to share it. A few years ago I bought a house right near the water. What nobody warns inland transplants about is that lovely sea breeze apparently doubles as a petri dish for algae, lichen, and mildew. Over 18 months, my vinyl siding staged such a botanical takeover that I feared it would sprout legs and walk away. I kept telling myself I'd pressure wash it myself...right after I bought a pressure washer, and learned how to use it, and found a free weekend, and stopped being overwhelmed by the whole project. Eventually the house got so green I started calling it "Swamp Thing", which is not how you want to feel about the place you worked so hard to buy. Scrolling one night, I found Belfast Power Wash on Facebook and figured, why not. Robert answered my quote request immediately. He came out, knocked the whole job out in about 4 hours, and now my house looks brand new. I am blown away by the difference! Beyond the results, Robert was prompt, communicative, so friendly, and asked smart questions upfront about my well and water pressure before starting. Genuinely great experience from start to finish. Highly recommend if your house is staging its own creature feature.

Belfast Power Wash left my deck spotless free of accumulated algae and grime. Robert is meticulous, professional and thoughtful —-uses environment friendly natural products. He also sanded all rough edges on wooden deck railings!!! I’m beyond thankful and will certainly make BPW part of our annual home maintenance 🥳🏡☀️

I could not be happier with the job done by Belfast Power Wash. They washed the siding, decks, sunless areas of the roof, and outdoor furniture. They managed to get rid of the grime and green algae that built up over the past several seasons. As a bonus, they even washed the first floor windows.Robert was punctual, very friendly, and careful around the landscaping and plants. He had the right equipment and products so there was no worry of any damage.The pricing was fair, and the job was professional. He was able to accomodate our very hopeful turnaround time by working on a day he had hoped to take off.The results speak for themselves. I would highly recommend making his services a intergral part of your annual household maintenence.

Robert did a wonderful job. He was on time and worked through the day. We now have beautiful clear windows and clean screens. He was very meticulous and was attentive to every detail. We highly recommend him.

Robert is fantastic! He returns phone calls, was pretty quick to fit us in. We have a LOT of windows and several glass doors.(About 40 windows and 11 glass doors. ) The first day he showed up right on time and worked straight through. Removed all screens and washed them, washed inside and outside of windows and doors . Our house isn't easy...3 stories on the back side and a solid one floor on the waterside. Robert was very polite, interesting to talk to. He came back to finish the basement and garage windows as the first day it got to dark to finish. I would highly recommend this company, Robert and will definitely have him back again!

Robert, clean my siding and wash the windows and screens inside and out. He did a fabulous job. I could not believe the difference. The cottage looks brand new again. Reviews only take five stars, but I would definitely give Robert 10 stars if I could. The cottage looks absolutely stunning.! expectations were exceeded. Belfast Power Wash tackled years of built up junk on the side of a building that I own, pressure washing and scrubbing away so much grime. They did a great job, I look forward to working with them again on other projects!
