We have a 3 story house and the 3rd floor windows are a challenge. They are now spotless! Robert and his daughters took out all storm windows and screens, cleaned all & replaced. Some of the windows are 100 years old and need extra care, Robert cares. The attention to detail is exceptional. Our house, a beautiful butter yellow is back. A gentle power wash and scrub and she’s like new. Communication before and during was excellent. I will use Belfast power washer again.

He was able to also complete the interior and exterior window washing job in the same week, and my home feels brand new again. This father-daughter team came and worked from sun up to sun down and did an incredible job. They cleared out high gutters and washed a million windows, siliconed all of them and made the house sparkle. And they did it in one day. Everything I asked of Robert, he did. Belfast is lucky to have them. I highly recommend them.

I had such a great experience with Belfast Power Wash that I have to share it. A few years ago I bought a house right near the water. What nobody warns inland transplants about is that lovely sea breeze apparently doubles as a petri dish for algae, lichen, and mildew. Over 18 months, my vinyl siding staged such a botanical takeover that I feared it would sprout legs and walk away. I kept telling myself I'd pressure wash it myself...right after I bought a pressure washer, and learned how to use it, and found a free weekend, and stopped being overwhelmed by the whole project. Eventually the house got so green I started calling it "Swamp Thing", which is not how you want to feel about the place you worked so hard to buy. Our experience of having our large wraparound deck cleaned was uniformly excellent. Robert assessed the condition of the deck and recommended the appropriate treatment. Everything looks great. He is great to work with. We highly recommend him And now that we know he cleans windows. We will ask him to do that next year too.
