If you have a hard time getting in your 2 servings of fruit and 3 servings of veggies, you can simply replace your fancy coffee with a smoothie! I had the immunity shot (very bitter but small enough to tough it out) and prescription smoothie. No ice in these shakes so you get every penny of value in a 20oz cup! The taste is mildly sweet and beautifully crafted to softly blend the textures and flavors into a tolerable drink! If you are looking for a place to mask flavor, this is not the place. I don’t miss a week visiting and shopping for myself at Blissfull bee. The salted caramel chai pudding was both my dessert and breakfast this week. The smoothies actually taste like what’s in them versus ice and the juice is always good. If you haven’t been it’s worth going there.
